Roller shutter in PVC and aluminum with thermal insulation for small dimensions
DUERO 40 consists of an aluminum roller shutter profile with interlocking high-density polyurethane foam coupled with a self-extinguishing PVC profile. The central gap between the two materials creates a beehive air chamber. The aluminum profile is filled with polyurethane foam with a density of 160 kg/m3. The dimensions of the cue are as shown in the drawing.
The particular coupling system between the two sides of the slat interrupts the thermal conductivity of the metal, making a cut in the thermal transmittance between the external and internal environments.

The particular hooking system between the two sides of the slat, aluminum on one side and PVC on the other, interrupts the thermal conductivity of the metal, preventing depending on the season, the outflow of warm air and the entry of cold air. Higher energy savings translate into lower bills.
